Situated in Mazzanta, 450 m from the sea, crossing 150 m of fresh pine forest, you will come to the fine sand beach. Ideal for children, this Holiday Apartment will be the home for your family.

ACCOMMODATIONS

The structure was built in August 2008 and is located in the heart of the Etruscan Coast, in Tuscany, between Vada and Cecina and consists of three terraced cottages, each one on two floors, with five apartments on floor.

Clean and tidy beds were lovely and comfortable everything you need for a stay, plenty of parking use of hotel pool was nice and relaxed staff were friendly thumbs up from me

Great place!
Very nice, light, clean and comfy place! I love the white rooms. Good equipped kitchen and bathroom. Comfy beds. Nice terrace and a small garden. Parking place. Everything you need. We were after the high season (in october) so it was quiet and very few people which for us was perfect! The place is near the beach which is beautifull! There are also bowling and some bars in the neighbourhood. Bigger shops you must find in another city but it wasn't a problem.
I would come back there anytime!

How Arrive

How to get to your apartment in Tuscany by train, by car or by plane

By car
If you decide to get to Vada by car:
by North: get into the highway A12 southwards (Roma/grosseto) up to the exit of Rosignano Marittimo.

From Florence: get into the highway A11 (E76) direction Livorno up to the highway A12 (E80) or get into the SGC FI-PI-LI direction Livorno; after Collesalvetti get into the highway A12(E80) southwards (Roma/Grosseto), exit Rosignano Marittimo. Vada's centre is only 5 km away.

Coming by South: get into the highway A12 (E80) northwards (Genova), exit Civitavecchia. Follow the indications to Cecina, get into the SS1 Aurelia Livorno/Grosseto. Exit Cecina Nord, follow the indications to the centre of Vada, 5 km away.

When you reach Vada follow the indications to "La Mazzanta" and then to "Stella del Mare" for 3 more km.

Train:
train is a good option to reach Vada, a starting point for daily trips.

The main train station in the surroundings is Cecina, even if trains also leave and arrive both in Vada and Rosignano; to get to the train station it only takes 5/10 minutes by bus or by taxi.

By airplane
the nearest airport is in Pisa (International airport Galileo Galilei)and it takes 40/45 minutes to reach Vada; it is possible to rent a car there.
